The coach- client relationship is based on honesty, trust, confidentiality, and a divine intention to offer grace, ease, love and comfort as the client uncovers and accepts spaces for healing and growth. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can trust the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. Moreover, the client understands that the power of the coaching relationship will be granted only by the client and agrees to do just that to ensure the coaching relationship is powerful. 

Individual Coaching

Addresses specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life, relationships or profession related to the clients stated intention.  The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.  Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations.  The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests.  The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that- have the coaching relationship be powerful.
